Welcome to Sniper King (“Sniper King,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing sniperking.net, purchasing a membership, or using the Sniper King Pro indicator, Discord community or any related content (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Educational Purposes Only. Not Financial Advice
All Services, including the Sniper King Pro indicator, signals, alerts, trade levels, videos, tutorials and Discord content, are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, cryptocurrency or other financial instrument. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers or commodity trading advisors.

2. Risk Disclosure
Trading futures, stocks, options, forex and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money. Losses happen, and no indicator, signal or strategy can guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past performance, demo charts and example trades do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Services.

4. Membership and Access
Access to Sniper King Pro is provided through TradingView as an invite-only script after purchase through our checkout partner, Whop. You must provide a valid TradingView username to receive access. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, transferred or used by more than one person.

5. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Whop. Subscription memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through your Whop account, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Prices may change, and we will give notice before any price change applies to your renewal.

6. Intellectual Property
The Sniper King Pro indicator, its code, logic, name, logos, videos, graphics and all other content are owned by Sniper King and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, record, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

  • share your access or login with anyone else

  • attempt to copy or reverse engineer the indicator

  • post or resell our content elsewhere

  • harass other members or post spam, scams or illegal content in our community

  • use the Services for any unlawful purpose

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms, including sharing access, copying our content or abusive behavior in the community.

9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party platforms, including TradingView, Whop, Discord and YouTube. We are not responsible for outages, changes, data delays or errors on those platforms. Alerts depend on TradingView and your device settings and may be delayed or missed.

10. No Warranty
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that signals or alerts will be accurate, timely or error-free, or that the Services will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sniper King and its owners will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

12. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Sniper King and its owners from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, TradingView username, Discord username and any messages you send us.

  • Payment information: payments are handled by Whop. We do not see or store your full card details.

  • Automatic information: basic website data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and general location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

  • to give you access to Sniper King Pro and our community

  • to process purchases and manage your membership

  • to send you updates, support responses and, if you opt in, marketing emails

  • to improve our website and Services

  • to prevent fraud and enforce our Terms

Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, such as Whop (payments), TradingView (indicator access), Discord (community) and our website host. We may also share it when required by law.

Our website may use cookies and similar tools for analytics and to improve your experience. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal requirements.

Your Choices

Refund Policy

Because Sniper King Pro is a digital product with immediate access to our indicator, tutorials and community, all sales are final once access has been granted.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • you were charged twice for the same purchase, or

  • you did not receive access to the indicator within [72 hours] of purchase and we could not fix it after you contacted us.

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Whop account. Canceling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded.

Trading Results
Refunds are not given based on trading results, losses or market performance. Trading involves risk, and no indicator guarantees profits.

How to Request Help
Email Sniperkingtrading@gmail.com with your Whop receipt and TradingView username. We respond within 3-5 business days.
